We have worked with Bio-Oil for over three years and continue to provide results above expectations, year on year. In March 2012, they came to us with a brief to increase Bio-Oil’s Facebook Fan Page likes. Their primary focus was to target pregnant women, as well as increase brand awareness during the launch of a competitor’s product, similar to that of Bio-Oil.

- Launch Pregnancy tab on the Facebook Fan Page
MAIN OBJECTIVES
To drive customers to client sites and offers, and build fan engagement and loyalty.
The Challenge:
- Create strong ROI through a range of recommendations in the following areas:
- Social Media, PPC, Video, Contextual, Display for both Desktop and Smart Device.
- Recommend the best route for the budget and how we will execute that.
- Show commercial breakdown for the budget spend.
OUR RESULTS
Through 40 different ads, in 30 targeted campaigns, we were able to meet the brief and much, much more! Using various channels, such as Facebook, Google Adwords, Video and email marketing, we increased brand awareness for the product, as well as driving new traffic, predominantly pregnant mothers, to the Facebook Fan Page.
Over four months we generated over 175 million ad impressions with over 150k hits to the fan page. We increased Fan Page likes by 400% whilst reducing their cost per like by 75%, resulting in a total of 75,000 new likes/fans of the Bio-Oil brand. Of these, 60% were female and Bio-Oil’s target demographic.
